Description: found in residential and commercial. Nice, smooth look to it. Nonporus so no sealants are needed. It's resistant to cracks, scratches, and stains. It comes in a variety of edge cuts to allow more of a custom look. it is scratch, stain, crack, heat, nonabsorbant, low maintenance, mold and mildew resistant, color consistency, and lifetime warranty. It gives a beautiful clean look for bathrooms and kitchens for either commercial or residential.

Sustainability: received ISO 14001 Certification (first Quartz company to receive this). Members of USGBC; Uses 5-7% of dust particles from cut quartz to pack down and make another countertop. Uses less water and detergents to clean countertops than granite. The quartz used in the countertops is considered waste and cannot be used as glass--therefore they use their materials wisely.

Manufacture Process: raw materials blended together then molded. Then it goest through a compression and vibration process to compact the material together. Then, it is cured, flattened, and polished. Received ISO 9001 in quality operations and management.

Description: furniture design company that has indoor, outdoor, high, and office seating, tables, table bases, and table tops. You can choose your fabric color (in solids) and your wood finish. Used in multiple commercial places. Very sleek and modern design. Looks like it would be seen in big cities with very modern restaurants, hotels, private residences, and businesses. I like this company! Good quality and long lasting durability.

Description: Berman glass creates architectural glass products that can be used for privacy, but also a nice aesthetic look to a room. Etre means "to be: in French. Its design was inspired by markings in granite. The pattern repeats every 27". It is made of 3 nonorganic materials: silica sand, soda ash, and limestone. It is pressure formed glass. Fabrication process ensures the glass is protected from breakage, moisture, dust, corrosion, and shock.
A sheet of glass comes in 80x132 at largest. It comes in different thicknesses of 5/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2. It's natural color is clear. It can come in temper, laminate, temper and laminate, or insulate safety treatments. It's design options are curve, shape, drill, notch, slump, carve, sandblast, or color. The edge finishes could be arris, mitre, or flat machine polish.

Sustainability: Not much mentioned at all on sustainability. 20% in the glass is recycled materials. They ship all over the world meaning they are not good with LEED regional.

Description: carries 3 different lines of furniture: Facelift, EZ2, and Trinity; commercial furniture; very sleek, clean and more modern design. Some seem to be a bit plain looking. Great for college campuses or waiting rooms. Most usage in banks, but also found in government, healthcare, and educational facilities.
